About Me

I’m Natascha Starr, and I’ve been a runner for over fourteen years, having raced in everything from the mile to the marathon. But I’m not an elite — I’ve had to fit my training around a busy life, just like everyone else! Therefore, I know how important it is to train well with the time we have available.

As your coach, I will work with you to develop a sustainable plan which incorporates strength and cross training, as well as ample recovery, alongside your running in order to help you become the best athlete you can be! My aim is to help you achieve your goals, while making sure that you can continue to run healthily and with as little risk of injury as possible.

I currently hold a Level 2 Coach in Running Fitness Qualification through England Athletics, but my learning doesn’t stop there! I am working with other experienced coaches to constantly improve and learn from best practice. I’m also keeping up-to-date with running-based science to ensure I’m delivering the most efficient plans for performance and sustainable progression.

In the future, I will also be pursuing higher qualifications and attending regular workshops to continue my development as a coach and ensure that I am providing my athletes with the best support possible.
